I don't know how to + (verb)

Step 1: Introduction with Real-Life Context
(5-7 mins)
  1. Ask students simple questions:
  • "Do you know how to swim?"
  • "Do you know how to cook?"
  • "Do you know how to play the guitar?"
  1. If they say "No," introduce the sentence pattern:
  • "I don’t know how to swim."
  • "I don’t know how to cook."

Write the sentence structure on the board:
